Data Processing Summary

This marketing website and the HilexX OS application are separate systems. The website holds only the enquiry details people choose to send us. Customer workspace data — clients, jobs, documents — lives in the application and is never accessible from this website.

Demonstration enquiries: name, work email, company, industry, team size, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method and what you'd like to improve. Enquiries are written server-side and cannot be read from a browser.

For customers, HilexX OS processes the practice information a firm chooses to put into it: client and contact records, job and project data, documents, messages and portal activity. The firm remains the owner of that information.

The hosting region for customer data will be confirmed and published here before general availability. We are not publishing a region claim until it is verified.

HilexX relies on a small number of infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the platform. A current list, with the purpose of each provider, will be published here before general availability and maintained thereafter.

Access to customer environments is restricted to authorised HilexX personnel and only where required to operate or support the service. Firms control their own users, permissions and client portal access.

Website enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. Customer workspace retention and deletion terms are set out in the customer agreement. Deletion can be requested at any time by writing to privacy@hilexx.com.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact security@hilexx.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not test against other firms' data.
