HilexX Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the HilexX company website and to enquiries, support requests and business correspondence sent to HilexX. Individual HilexX products may collect different information and publish their own privacy policy — for example the RALYNT Privacy Policy. Where a product policy exists, it applies to that product in addition to this one.

We collect only what you choose to send us through a form on this website. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, company, role, industry, team size, the product or service your message relates to, the type of issue or enquiry, your subject line and your message. Product support forms may also collect the platform, version and device you are using, so we can reproduce a problem.

We use the details you provide only to respond to you, to arrange a demonstration or conversation where you have asked for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate page usage — which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Analytics scripts are loaded only after you allow them, and nothing analytics-related runs before you choose.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent, and you can decline without losing any functionality. The Cookie Notice sets out the detail.

Form submissions are validated and written server-side. The records are stored in a database that cannot be read from any browser, and access is limited to authorised HilexX personnel. We store a one-way hash derived from the sending network address for abuse prevention — never a raw address.

We keep enquiry and support records for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence with you, and we delete them earlier on request.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. HilexX intends to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We rely on service providers to host this website, store form submissions and, where enabled, provide analytics. Providers process information on our instructions and only to deliver those services. Our Data Processing page describes this arrangement further.

We may update this policy as HilexX and its products develop. The date at the top of this page shows when the wording was last edited, and material changes will be reflected here.
