Terms of Use
The terms that apply to RALYNT during development and on release. These product terms sit alongside the HilexX company terms.

Licence
RALYNT is developed and published by HilexX. Where a build is made available to you, HilexX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it for private, non-commercial use. Ownership of the game and all related material stays with HilexX.
Development stage
RALYNT is in development. Builds may be incomplete, may change without notice and may be withdrawn. Progress, accounts or content created in a development build may be reset.
Official builds only
Only install RALYNT from official HilexX channels. HilexX is not responsible for files obtained from any other source, and modified or repackaged builds are not supported.
Acceptable play
Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit the game, and do not use it to harass others or break the law. Access may be suspended where these conditions are not met.
Company terms still apply
These product terms sit alongside the HilexX Terms of Use for the HilexX website and online services. Where the two differ on a matter specific to RALYNT, these product terms apply.
